Return & Exchange Policy — Dusty Supply™

At Dusty Supply, we want you to be fully stoked on your gear.
If something isn’t right, you’ve got 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

🧾 Returns

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, reach out to us at contact@dustysupply.com and we’ll provide return instructions.
Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

🔁 Exchanges

If you want a different size or color, the quickest way is to place a new order and send the original back once approved.

🚫 Exceptions

Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Used or washed gear will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (timing depends on your bank).
